Margaret Whelan-Henkel
1950-2010
Geraldine (Geri) Mae Margaret Whelan-Henkel passed away in Mesa, Ariz., on Aug. 23, 2010, at the age of 60. Geri was born in Willcox, Ariz., on August 10, 1950, to Edward L. and Aurelia Whelan.
She is survived by her two sons, David Henkel of Mesa, Ariz.; Steve Henkel of Visalia, Calif.; her two grandchildren, Teresa Mae Henkel of Benson and Sebastian Mark Henkel of Willcox, Ariz.; her mother Aurelia Whelan; brothers Bill Whelan of Calif., Eddie Whelan of Calif., Darrell Whelan of Willcox, Ariz., and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death, her son Michael Whelan Henkel and her father Edward L. Whelan.
Rosary will be offered Saturday Sept. 4 at 10 a.m. at the Westlawn Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Willcox.
Services entrusted to Westlawn Chapel, Mortuary and Crematory of Willcox, Ariz.
