Doris Harjer
1929-2010
Doris Harjer, died Feb. 28, 2010, at her home in Willcox, at the age of 80. She was born in Muskegon, Mich. on March 24, 1929 to Lloyd and Vivian Stickney.
On July 27, 1951, Doris married Harold Harjer in Muskegon, Mich., and they had four children. She was a member of the Dalton Baptist Church in Twin Lake, Mich. Doris and her husband came to Willcox in September of 1984.
Doris is survived by her husband Harold Harjer; daughters, Debra (Bill) McGaffin of Vienna, Va., Carol R. (Kevin) Riffle of Allendale, Mich.; and sons, Fred R. (Maria) Harjer of Muskegon, Mich., Tim L. Harjer of Ravenna, Mich.; and five grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Muskegon, Mich. Contributions may be made in Doris' name to the Charles Wm Leighton Jr. Hospice, P.O. Box 115, Willcox, AZ 85644.
