Food pantry donations
By Nell Worden, Director/Willcox Community Food Pantry
We want to say thank you to this wonderful community. Because of you, the work, the donations of food, toys, clothing and money, we were able to fill boxes for 263 families. This helped people in this area to have a better Christmas. What a joy for all of us.
A special thanks for our building make-over goes to Sammie Jo Fraze, Debra Fraze and Robert Lundberg. They worked many hours and donated a front door, paint and other supplies to make it possible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Coming events: Open house on Feb. 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We will honor Louise Moser for her 15 years at the pantry. Walk for Hunger, watch for announcement coming soon.
We are blessed and so grateful.
