Sentencing set for Willcox man in child porn case
BISBEE - A Willcox man who pleaded guilty to possessing child porn is set to get sentenced in March in U.S. District Court in Tucson.
Deewayne Bowdoin has entered a guilty plea to an indictment charging him with seven counts of possession of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
He was supposed to get sentenced on Thursday, but that hearing date has been changed due to a conflict on the court's calendar.
According to online court records, the date is now set for March 8 before Judge John Roll.
The maximum sentence Bowdoin faces is 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and lifetime supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
