Willcox Community Food Pantry, once again we must appeal to the community for their generous support. Our needs are increasing every month. In September alone we supplied food for 467 persons. This is a total of 5,604 meals. These food boxes are emergency food for people out of work and others have a very low income.

The Food Pantry is now associated with The Community Food Bank in Tucson and this has been an enormous help in stretching the dollars of your donations.

Willcox needs to know we do not charge for anything. All donations of food, clothing, household items, diapers and toiletries, go directly to the people in need.

Ninety-seven percent of our budget is spent on the needs of Willcox citizens. Our only costs are office supplies and gas to pick up food. All personnel are volunteers, including the director. The City supplies us with a building and the utilities and we could not do this work without their support.

In the last year we have fed 2,745 people a total of 29,105 meals. We are still fighting this War on Hunger and we are working everyday to stop hunger in our community. Let no one, especially our children, go hungry in Willcox, Ariz.
