Seven--year-old Daniella Pando of Willcox participated in the Cinderella State Finals Scholarship Pageant June 7-12, where she placed as Overall Arizona Tot Winner in her age division.
More than 130 girls competed and five are announced as the overall winners, one in each division. She also captured the Overall Title in the Charm pageant prior to the Arizona pageant. She will be representing Arizona at the International Pageant held in Dallas, Texas in July. Arizona Overall Cinderella winners each receive a $1,000 college scholarship, $1,000 cash scholarship, an Educational Tour including a Cruise and a Disneyland trip with numerous prizes and awards throughout their reign. The Arizona Cinderella prize segment totals more than $30,000 in prizes, scholarships, and awards.
Daniella is the daughter of Jesus and Mireya Pando of Willcox. She will be going into the second grade.
Cinderella is a non-profit, youth development, family-oriented activity that offers achievement, scholarship opportunities, and training to young ladies. A strong belief in moral values and a strict code of ethics have won wide acclaim for the system as a worthwhile youth development program building self-esteem and self-worth in those that participate. Cinderella is divided into five age divisions: Cinderella Tot (ages 3-6); Cinderella Miniature Miss (ages 7-9); Cinderella Miss (ages 10- 12); Cinderella Teen (ages 13-17); and Cinderella Woman (ages 18-26).
Arizona Cinderella also produces the Cinderella Charm Pageant the day prior to the start of the State Finals. This competition is open to all girls, ages three through 26 There are eight age divisions. Winners receive cash awards, crowns, trophies, and flowers. There is also a Top Five awarded in each division.
The International pageant will be held in Dallas, Texas, July 25 through Aug. 1, where Daniella will represent Arizona and the Cinderella pageant.

We will be raffling a swimming pool for $10 a ticket or three for $25. It is a 16' x 42" inflatable, above ground pool, which includes filter pump, ladder, cover, ground cloth, and maintenance kit.
