Willcox Middle School has added a wonderful program for students in the Willcox Schools this year. In August, Mrs. Jessica Breen started the 4th-, 5th-, and 6th-grade classes for students wanting to learn the violin, viola, cello and bass.

Currently, 48 fourth-sixth graders and six seventh- and eighth-graders play in the WMS String Orchestra, and they have held concerts in December and February.

String Orchestra classes will be offered next year for grades 4-12. Recruitment is ongoing for next year's ensemble. If you would like your child to participate in this wonderful group or have questions, feel free to call Breen at 384-4218.
